- 1/4 cup potato
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 box (1 lb) powdered sugar
- peanut butter
Mash potato, add vanilla, and powdered sugar. This should form a sort-of doughy substance. divide dough into 4 pieces. roll between two pieces wax paper till 1/8 inch thick. spread thin layer of peanut butter. roll up. refrigerate over night, cut up and serve.
This is a good Sunday treat for if you want something REALLY sweet!

I've had this a long time ago and I loved it! I love candy though. Hey, thanks for watching our kids the other night. They love coming to your house!
I remember making potato candy with my Granny when I was little. I took some to school in 3rd grade and everyone thought I was crazy because it was potatoes. Everyone changed their tunes though!!
